It is interesting to learn that the Enlish language has twelve tenses compared to just one tense in the Asian language. Even the Slavic languages have only three tenses and it is therefore understandable that students (and teachers) will battle with getting to grips with all the tenses in the English language. What I have learnt from this unit is the four present tenses and the different form, usages, typical student mistakes / errors and avtivities of each tense.
