The unit is informative with ideas of how to handle different learners and different levels of English learners. The unit also expounds the different types of language learners and individual one on one lessons. The information about what to avoid in younger learners is very important and can easily be overlooked. A good teacher will take cognizance of these facts and apply the advice daily when teaching different groups of people. I found the needs analysis useful and necessary because that is the only way to discern what each student needs to get out of the class. I will definitely use the needs analysis to assist me in teaching English classes.
