In this unit I learned the importance of establishing good contact between teacher and student. It's important that the student knows that the teacher is always there to help them out and to make sure their learning time is both entertaining and rewarding. I learned how to establish rapport betweent teacher and student, good ways to keep control of the class, and how to make sure that something as simple as sitting arrangements doesn't cause trouble in the long run. I also learned how to carefully make the teacher talking time as long or as short as the situation needs.
