Unit 5 gave me a awesome instruction and guidance about how to manage class. Starting with time management till self management consideration is useful when teaching English as a second language, because Teacher would have language barrier. However, that language barrier Should not disturb on Emotional level while having some discomfits or challenged situations in the class. This unit has helped me to understand and make more interesting classes by using pair or group working to activate and improve learning environment in the class. In conclusion, Would like to mention, that each class Should be prepared and treated as a project, and then can be achieved result and get succeed.
