This Unit is useful for my understanding of teacher's roles and and types of students to have a clear picture of effective communication in the class. it is important for me to practice different roles while teaching, advising, and mentoring to contribute to the learning atmosphere positively. Also understanding and recognizing diversity in age, culture, professional or life experience, knowing about student's motivation and challenges helps me to approach teaching prepared to address student's academic and personal needs. I have never heard about Common European Framework so it helps to understand students' levels of English language proficiency and target their language needs based on their levels.
