I think it is always a positive benefit when teachers are able to learn more about classroom management and how our classroom should be run. Sometimes as an ESL teacher, we are expected to talk more because we are native speakers but then we just have to remember that our students will learn from us but also within each other. But we need to give them time to talk and make mistakes. This is the way that they will learn. They will also learn by correcting each other.
