I have learnt the various roles a teacher needs to assume in order to be effective at his/her job. I've also learnt about when each role needs to be assumed and how to effectively interact with students during each of these roles. I've also learnt about the different traits that make up both a good teacher and good students. Moreover, I've learnt that motivation is key with regards to language learning.
