This unit focus on the teacher aspect of TEFL, as opposed to the knowledge part. It covers what the teacher should vary, do and not do (voice, gestures, eye contact). It covers student arrangements such as the circle/horseshoe, the whole group setting, and the individual table settings, as well as listing the pros and cons of each arrangement. It also covers individual attention, as well as the ever so daunting subject of discipline.
