In this unit I learned a lot about how to plan a lesson and why planning a lesson is important, as it helps the teacher to organize each lesson and adapt it to the student's needs, it's also a working document to use during the lesson and it will work as a record of past lessons. Even though planning it's important, it is also very important to be flexible and be ready to change the plan according to the student's needs or the dynamic of the class at a particular time.
