Class management is very important for a teacher. Not only a teacher should has the professional knowledge to teach, but also a he/she has the ability to manage the whole class. What impressed me most for this unit is using student' names. The name of a student should be used at the end of the question, not at the start. And I'm still a little bit confused with it. Because in my class, my teacher always calls the student's name first, then the question.
