In this unit I learned how organize and manage the classroom in a way that is beneficial to both me as the teacher, as well as to the students and how to make the classroom most conducive to learning. I liked learning about how to build good rapport with the students, as I think that is important in order to build respect with each other and make learning a more comfortable experience. I also thought it was valuable to learn how to prevent and deal with problematic behaviour, as I think that will be one of the most difficult parts of being a teacher.
