The final unit is on trouble shooting. Consideration is given to common problem situations e.g. the challenges that go with the very first lesson (in particular, the need to develop rapport), large classes, reluctant students, students using their native language and difficulties with listening texts. Specific learning for me from thus unit was related to the various ideas for managing and engaging large classes.
