In this unit we could see how teachers should develop characteristics and play different roles that would be essential to accomplish the rewarding task they have undertaken, to teach English as a second language. Very important is to be aware of the different things that can affect positively or negatively the students' learning. Also to take into account the differences about age, nationality and motivation and make the best to manage these situation in favor of all the students.
