What I took away from this lesson is that good teachers will likely have good students but the relationship between the two is complicated. Teachers must be able to switch from different roles to best fit the needs at any given situation. For example, teachers must be able to go from prompter to assessor without skipping a beat. At the same time students have other needs beyond just learning English. They may be nervous and need support from the teacher to show them it's ok to make mistakes.
