This unit covers the basics of managing a classroom, from the benefits and disadvantages of certain seating arrangements, to dealing with disciplinary problems in class. I appreciate that this unit covered a wide array of situations and potential class configurations, certain setups working better for larger classes, while others would do well in smaller settings. Dealing with problem students has always been a challenge for me, and the tips here should prove beneficial in making me more effective and consistent.
