This unit consisted of two different videos that gave examples of how to teach an ESA lesson. In the first video, the lesson is taught poorly with the teacher making many mistakes such as being negative, confusing, and intimidating. As a result the students are not particularly responsive and the student talk time is very low. Overall the video of this lesson demonstrates how many small mistakes can negatively affect the success of a class. The second video was much more successful and the relationship between student and teacher was very positive. There was much better energy in the classroom with students actively participating, and based on their demeanor they seemed to really respond well to the class.
