This unit covers different conditional statements, along with an overview of direct and reported speech. Reading about the different kinds of conditional statements has helped me to understand the subtle nuances involved with discussing them. The differences between real and unreal situations, along with the subsequent past or present results, require different conditionals. The information about reported speech was something I found very interesting as well. Grammar, again, is something I have always taken for granted, and reading more about it has opened my eyes to just how difficult some of these concepts are, especially to non-native speakers.
