Unit 6 contained information on the past tenses. It explained the past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. I found the examples on sentence construction particularly helpful. This unit for me was easier to understand than the present tense unit as I could think of examples to use in my head when I was studying this unit. The common mistakes section of this unit definitely reminded me of some of my former students work who had a lot of difficulty with have/had and is/was. The sample activate teaching ideas at the end of each section were very helpful also!
