In this unit i read about some of the most common problems that teachers encounter in the classroom. I found out how to start a new course effectively, as well as how to deal with large classes, reluctant students and multi-level classes.E.g.if you have reluctant students in your class it might be useful to use plenty of pair work,so students can practice in safe environment. You can also try controlled practice to make sure students are able to produce language. Using role plays is also quite useful, cause some students find it more comfortable to communicate when they are acting as somebody else.
