To manage classroom is a big problem.in this unit ,I learned that how t use my voice,gesture and eyes contaact and stusents,s names. I also know how to group students.i usually let them do pairs work.I will try more forms.
I never arrange the seats for my students,theu take same seat everytime,later I will try to make a change.
I also know when to talk more when to talk less and how to correct .
It helps me a lot .
