I have been working in a daycare environment for the past four years. As a result, I am familiar with many aspects of classroom management. This lesson was a good for refreshing what I have learned in my own experience. It also provided new information that I have not needed in my job at daycare. For example, the section that discussed classroom set up and the section that explained different teacher positions were very helpful to me. These two things are not necessarily a large part of my current job but they will be very helpful for teaching in a more traditional classroom setting.
