This unit was on classroom management. I learned that the way the classroom is arranged can affect how well learning is accomplished in the classroom. For example, where there are less students in the class it is better to use the “Horseshoe Model,” instead of having traditional seating. That’s because the teacher’s seat is in a less dominated position encouraging students to talk among themselves.
