In this unit I have learned roles of a teacher playing in the class. The top 3 common agree on good teacher is: fair, good knowledge on the subject, and is able to motivate learners. on the other hand a good learner appear to be willing to listen, practice, ask related questions think about learning methods. besides, I learned how to define learners into different language levels, most importantly what motivate an adult or a young learner to learn English and some rough ideas of difference of their behaviours.
