This unit covered the wrong and then the right way to teach language learners. There was a strong emphasis on the teacher's nonchalant, rude, and unhelpful attitude in the first video. The students did not respond well to that behavior of the instructor. The second video emphasized a friendlier and more engaging approach to teaching. I learned the importance of enthusiasm to keep motivation levels high while teaching a language lesson.
