In this lesson, I learned about teaching different group in an ESL class. Students can come in various age/group size. It is important for the teacher to identify their language level and also what's needed for them. I also learned the importance of planning and organizing material base on specific needs for business English learner. They typically have a certain goal; it is much better to directly that goal and help them achieve it.
