After watching both videos, I learned that attitude is the most important thing an instructor can do. Both videos used the ESA method but that was the end of the similarities. In the second, the instructor was laughing and very nice to all the students, he didn’t put them down for not knowing an answer, he didn’t berate them when one was late, and he gave them visuals on the board to keep referring back too.
