This unit broke down sentences and reviewed each part of speech that might be included in a sentence. The unit included nouns, adjectives, adverbs, articles, verbs, pronouns, prepositions and conjunctions. Each part of speech is more clearly defined and discussed. The sections also point our how there are some situations in which there are exceptions to the rules and examples are provided. This unit reviewed parts of speech that were learned in elementary school and are used daily but can be difficult to explain why. I would consider this unit to be a refresher more than a unit where new information is learned.
