The difference between studying these concepts through a textbook and watching a video to identify the ideas we study are completely different experiences. While I feel somewhat confident in my analysis of the videos we saw, I can at least confidently say that the atmosphere of a classroom is the deciding factor for the lesson's effectiveness. There were various methodologies we learned about in the earlier units and they can each have merit. The same stands for differing ESA structures. However, if the teacher is similar to the first video's teacher, there will be unsuccessful lessons regardless of the technique or method.
