Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit is about four types of present tenses: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous, each of which is considered in details with relevant examples and ideas for Activate Stages. From this unit I learned some new aspects about each tense, which I was not aware of. For example, relating the Present Simple usages, such as Newspaper headlines, Present stories, Historical sequence and when explaining directions, and some other facts about the rest of the tenses. The way this unit describes them, examining all the forms of the tenses at the beginning of each section and then looking at each of them separately, the terminology (Form, Usages) and the classification stages used help to understand each tense in a more efficient and simple form. This approach, as well as what aspects should be included (or not missed) while teaching this particular grammar points will be useful for me in the future. Therefore, I think it would be an effective way to present a certain tense with all three forms (affirmative, negative, question) and their formation in the beginning of explanation, giving relevant examples (so that the students get a general picture of the tense forms) and further go with a detailed concentration on each form separately. In addition, practice enough activities during activate stage relating the form being studied. The entire tenses area, obviously, requires a certain amount of hours in the school syllabus. Examples of typical student errors give ideas of what areas can be taken into consideration in advance when preparing for the lesson and what issues may require more attention when explaining the theme.
