From this unit I learned to consider more thoroughly how the arrangement and management of the classroom can have a much larger impact on learning. I learned a lot more about the body language of the instructor and how this can also have a much larger impact on how students learn and respect the instructor. With discipline in the classroom, understanding the concept of consistency I believe is really important, and something that I was able to gain from this unit.
