This unit provided me with a lot of useful information about how to become a better teacher. This unit is about classroom management- skill of organizing and managing class, having friendly atmosphere.Eye contact, gestures and voice are teacher's main helpers to organize the class.We can use eye contact to show students, that they are all involved in the lesson. We can use gesture to add visual interest. We can use our voice to hold students' attention. Grouping students is also very important. The way we group them depends on size of the class,age of students, their nationality, personality etc.
Writing on the board always means turning your back to students, which isn't good. Here i read how can i reduce the amount of time teacher spends with his back to the class.
