Teaching productive skills: speaking and writing
Accuracy and fluency both important, accuracy activities usually part of the study phase, fluency activities usually parts of the activate phase. Accuracy activities will check that the students can undersatnd and use the languege in a controlled way before being expected to try to use it creatively in a fluency activity.
