This unit was about the teaching of receptive skills in the language. That is to say, skills that are in use when someone is receiving information in a language. I found this unit to be really interesting first and foremost. I like learning of the teaching of these skills and the information on typical ways to prep your students so they will grasp the content better was very helpful. I think that (especially after the example lessons in unit ten) this was a very good time to be learning this information as I'm still in the mindset of practical teaching skills.
