I was surprised not to see a section on realia in Unit 17 because the title included teaching aids. My friend, a professor of Spanish to English speakers, insists realia is an essential tool for students learning a second language. Not sure of my score because of the differing viewpoints teachers have regarding the use of audio-visual equipment in teaching. I have extensive years in the use of such tools and I disagree with the Unit text on a few points. For example, Question 5, assuming I got the answer correct, I think OHPs are the easiest of all equipment to set up. Or maybe I am misreading the question, which seems to be my conundrum with the NOT questions.
