Before the class, teacher should prepared everything, such as writing a lesson plan, prepare materials, make class when actaul teaching, we have everything.
If it is possible, come to the classroom 5 minutes earlier before class start, remember always smile at students, don't lose your temper, greeting students every class, make sure teacher and students has a good relationship.
During teaching, make sure to engage everyone, if students can't understand, try to expain with patience, encourage students to make them feel comfortable.
