This unit made me know that the writing of lesson plan is very important. As it has three functions: 1. An add to planing which need teacher to write down the expectation you want student achieved by the end of the lesson,and the approaches you intend to make it happen.2. A working document which helps me to keep on target and gives me something to refer to when teaching a lesson. 3. A record is what a class has done and which materials have been used. I t also help me retell the lesson and help another teacher to cover my class when i am absent. This unit also made me know how to write a lesson plan.
