Unit 4 is another challenging lesson for me because I realized I have been using these tenses without really consciously placing them in their correct use. It is great to be reminded of the different tenses and their usage.
Present tense has Present Simple, Present Continuous and Present Perfect. The different formula for each form is really of great help. In a classroom setting, it can be a way of a differentiated approach since it has a mathematics-like formula.
