UNIT 5 was about managing classes. It gave hints on how to deal with problems concerning the classroom's arrangements, how to make students work more efficientely depending on the activities (in pairs, alone, as groups)so as to make them talk, the teacher's positions in space (in the classroom -> standing, sitting depending on the activity) and in the classroom (his role -> to encourage the students, to maintain discipline, giving individual attention). It is useful to be aware of eye contact, gesture, voice and using the students'names and to do it all consciously.
