This unit emphasized techniques for managing a classroom. It gave tips for the teacher to utilize such as maintaining good eye contact, good use of gestures, projecting your voices with clarity, appropriate range, variety and projection. It suggested always using the students names. It also discussed classroom layout, developing rapport with your students, tips for behavioral problems in the classroom and how to manage them.
