There are so many different ways to set up the classroom. Having rows of tables might be more suitable for older age groups, but too formal for kids. The horseshoe design is good for smaller class sizes and gives a more intimate feeling to the class. I think classroom design can be changed throughout the learning process. Behavior problems can be the result of family problems, low self esteem, boredom, peer pressure, lack of respect for teacher or kids and class size.
