I think evaluating students during all phases of their learning experience is extremely important. It allows for correct placement and will allow me to tailor my teaching style to the level of the students I'm teaching. Additionally, most students, if not all, enjoy seeing their grades. I'm looking forward to teaching a new group of students and teach them through an entire syllabus and then see their growth in learning English.
