Managing a class is not an easy task. But after reading this unit I feel like I have received some tools that I can make use of when I find myself in a class room. Good management of a class does not only rely on the discipline of the students, but a simple thing such as seating arrangements and teacher positioning can make a big difference. It is important to think about creating an environment (physically, mentally, emotionally etc) that will be conducive to learning.
