This unit has been effective in refreshing the many ways to make a classroom most effective for students, and teachers. I especially appreciated the different ways to organize seating, which in my opinion can easily have a major effect on the classroom dynamic. There were also helpful tips for building and maintaining a good rapport with the class. The biggest thing I take from this lesson overall is that it is vital to pay close attention to the class as a whole, and on an individual basis while showing that I truly enjoy the work that I do for them. This will be evident as I reduce ttt, work with them individually, observe them in groups, and maintain a great level of respect on my part in order to receive it from the students.
