I've been working as a teacher for 3 years. I always had an opinion that teacher should not force student to learn or to love his subject, but he should make them to be interested about the subject. I always try my best to make my lessons interesting and involve all the students in classroom activity. I always try to organize some interesting activity, but normally I take part in almost all the activities. From this Unite I've learnt that sometimes I should take a role of facilitator in order to monitor students better and students could enjoy the process of learning language by themselves.
