The unit focuses on the past tenses which include past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. It explains what these different forms of past tenses are about, their usage and good examples for the teacher to understand and be able to explain these forms to the students. It also gives an idea of common errors/ mistakes made by students when using these forms of past tenses so the teacher would be able to address them.
