After watching two videous I can summarize that the second lesson was more effective than the first one.
The are reasons why the first lesson wasn't good:
1) The teacher was rude and disrespectful( didn't introduce, didn't learn students names)
2)The teacher didn't give a clear explanation of the lesson point
3)The teacher starts teaching immediately, without an Engage phase
4) The teacher didn't smile
5) The teacher hurried students to complete assingment
6) The teacher got irritated when students didn't understand what he meant.
The teacher has a positive and engaging attitude in the second lesson that gave high level of effectivness and participation.
