The material on the role of a teacher gave me a lot to think about. It will help me in evaluating my own teaching, and observing others' teaching, because I will be able to notice how a person's strengths distinctly correlate to certain roles, and when there is a struggle, being able to evaluate what role I need to focus on or improve.
The overview in the video on the motivation, experience, and behavior of each age group was really helpful to me. As a teacher, it gives me insight into understanding my students better, and learning how to adapt learning to their tendencies.
