in this unit, I've learnt about the common problem situations that we can encounter in a classroom and how we can deal with it. such problem include, first lesson problems and how to break the ice using different activities in case of a new group of students, warming up the class before jumping into the the lesson content, the problem we face in teaching different level students, large classes, reluctant students, and finally difficulty with listening texts.
