in this unit common problems defined that in first lesson teacher facing different kinds of situations like in new group student don't know each other and not families with EFL language but in exiting group student know each other and also families with each other and in first lesson teacher should not use the course book but starts from different activities, establish rapport between student,get assessed their level and appreciate the student and teacher should use activities like questionnaire/survey,pass the ball game etc in warmer sessions the teacher should use hangman,memory games etc. different level student use different material different tasks and pair stronger student with weaker student etc and large class should use work sheets,pair/group work,choral repitation and dynamics etc in native language teacher should arrange activities according to the level of class and concourse the student to use language. but in reactant students use plenty of pair work,role play ,use controlled practice and tape recorder etc and different listening texts teacher avoid using cassettes and use other types of listening practice in class along with different activities. thanks
