This unit covers managing the classroom. Of all the units so far, this is probably the one that I needed the most. I have taught many adult classes or very young children, both which I have felt comfortable managing. However, I taught a teenage group one, single time and it was very difficult for me. I was not sure how to respond to misbehaving students. I learned from this lesson to act immediately, focus on the behavior, change the dynamics, stay calm, ask colleagues, and not to go over the top with rules.
